Forget stealth and light bending camouflage cloak, this gaming rig stands out with its matte black futuristic casing with angled lines, grooves, optical drive doors with claw-like mechanism, and a wicked red accent. The body is not just made to intimidate and inspire awe but to be practical as well; it has two discrete easy-swap hard drive bays for added on the fly expandability, an angled top surface for USB and audio accessibility, grooved deck for easy cable management, and a convenient back handle for those LAN parties.
Inside the Predator are more than guts of iron and complex circuitry, this monster is powered by 2nd generation Intel Corei7 or Core i5 quad-core processor with H67 Chipset for some heavy duty computing and uncompromised performance. To get more juice out of the processor, the optional K series Intel processors can be overclocked to push them to their speed limits using Intel’s Extreme Tuning Utility (IXTU). The system can also accommodate up to 16 GB of DDR3 memory, 10 USB devices, and 8 TB worth of storage divided into four SATA drives. For graphics, the Predator supports 3D Vision-capable NVIDIA GeForce and AMD Radeon graphics card. As an added feature, Predator G5910 comes bundled with Acer Arcade Deluxe, a collection of digital management apps that includes Arcade Photo, Arcade Video, and Arcade Music.
