New iPod Nano Boasts a Video Camera and an FM Radio with Live Pause

The world’s most popular music player now gives you even more to play with. This is the fifth generation of the iPod Nano and it’s the best so far! It comes packed with surprisingly new features that you’ll surely love. ipod nano

First, it’s now rocking with a video camera that lets you record fun as it happens, then share it with friends on the Internet. A quick scroll through the menu takes you to the video camera, then you’re ready to record video in portrait or landscape – ideal for emailing or posting on Facebook or MobileMe. Fifteen fun video effects let you add a little Hollywood to your video. Just scroll through, choose the effect you want [film grain or motion blur], and start recording. It also includes a microphone to capture clean audio that you can listen to during playback on the built-in speaker.

The new iPod Nano also gives you yet another way to rock with its built-in FM radio, iTunes Tagging and Live Pause. Say you need to take a quick break from listening to your favorite radio station, the iPod Nano lets you pause it with a click. Another click and you’re listening to your station again. It will also show you what and who you’re listening to and you can even rewind as far back as 15minutes, then fast-forward to catch up to the live broadcast.

It also features VoiceOver that speaks the names of songs and artists, hence you can navigate your music without looking at the screen. And for that extra kick, the new iPod Nano now comes with a larger screen and a polished aluminium finish in nine brilliant colors.

Hi-Fi, Sync, and Charge at your Fingertips with PocketDock Line Out Mini USB

When Apple introduced the redesigned iPod in early 2003, users praised its slimmer, more elegant design. But this improvement came with one catch – doing away with the standard FireWire port and replacing it with a new dock connector meant that the accessories that used the Firewire port, such as chargers, were no longer compatible. And instead of being able to use any standard Firewire cable to sync and charge your iPod, you had to make sure you always carried a special dock cable with you.

SendStation Mini USB1So isn’t it great if there’s a device that would let you sync and charge your iPod and even your iPhone using the same cables, wall or car chargers? Well, SendStation has the answer! SendStation has just released the world’s smallest Mini USB-to-iPod adapter with integrated Line Out jack – the PocketDock Line Out Mini USB. With the PocketDock Line Out Mini USB, you can synchronize and charge your iPod and iPhone wherever you go.

That’s right! The PocketDock Line Out Mini USB lets you get connected – anytime, anyplace. Just use your existing USB wall or car charger or simply unplug the standard 5-pin Mini USB cable from that digital camera, portable hard drive, GPS, or PDA to charge your iPod’s/iPhone’s battery or sync data. And according to SendStation, the Line Out jack consumes slightly less power, resulting in longer iPod/iPhone battery life.SendStation Mini USB

The PocketDock Line Out Mini USB also comes with a pair of audio cables so you can get connected right out of the box. Another PocketDock model can be found here. Grab one today and never miss a connection again!
