Sennheiser RS 220 Wireless Headphones

Wired headphone can be pretty annoying, especially if you are the type of person who is always on the go. What’s really disappointing with this is that the wires can get tangled and get in the way to whatever you are doing like biking, exercising, dancing, or any other activity that requires you to move. So, to remedy this dillema, Sennheiser launched a cord-free headphone that can pipe analog, coaxial, or optical sources from a glossy black base station over a 2.4GHz DSSS connection. The product is called the RS 220 Wireless Headphones.

The RS 220 is primarily in response to the drawback of wired headphones which is limiting the listener’s movement. Because you see, even if your headphone uses the most expensive wires, chances are you still cannot move about freely with the wires dangling under your neck. So, it’s time to make that big switch. And what’s even more exciting about this product is that in spite of the absence of wires, it does not compromise audio quality since it boasts Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) technology, which pertains to the frequency spreading process within which the output signal is spread to a width of twenty-two MHz by the use of a specified bit sequence. It can also be connected to different outputs such as analog, coaxial digital, and optical digital. So, you as the user can decide at the type and quality of the audio signal being fed in.
