True to its commitment to providing its customers with an increased customizable user experience, Motorola has announced its newest masterpiece – Motorola CHARM. This is a touch screen smartphone loaded with a social networking punch with its MOTOBLUR enhancements, Android 2.1, compact design, and a BACKTRACK feature making screen navigation more intuitive. Its pocketable design makes messaging a breeze with the perfect blend of QWERTY keyboard and touch screen. The unit’s BACKTRACK navigation pad, which looks like a laptop touch panel allows clear view of text messages, the Web, news feeds, and e-mails.
Motorola CHARM is the first in the U.S. to offer an improved version of MOTOBLUR built on Android 2.1, which actually syncs photos, messages, posts, contact, and many others in manageable streams from various sources including Gmail, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, as well as in personal and work e-mails. With the CHARM, customization is always possible. In fact, users can resize and move pre-loaded home screen widgets so you can personalize up to seven home screen panels for a more custom experience. Also, users now have a way to control their phone’s battery consumption by choosing various power modes to conserve battery.
The Motorola CHARM also comes with Moto Phone Portal which allows users to access and manage their phone’s data from just about any browser via Wi-Fi connection or a USB. This means that you are free to edit content or view important information even when you’re at home or on a travel. The CHARM will be available in the U.S. market this summer. For the meantime, you can check out other mobile phones from the same company like the Motorola QWERTY at Amazon.
