Walmart to test Biblical Action Figures in selected stores
update: I have not seen these as of yet. Still watching for them.
Sometime in mid August Walmart will be testing Biblical action figures such as David and Goliath, Daniel and the Lions Den, and so on. There will even be a Jesus action figure.
It is difficult to find biblical toys without having the money and resources says Walmart and to better serve their patrons, they have decided to add a biblical line to their toy departments.
This should be good for daycare centers, Sunday schools, and the like. Testing will take mainly in the Midwest and Southern states but will also include California and further northeast including Pennsylvania.
Watch for them in a Walmart near you come sometime in August 2007.
